iFreelancer on 11-Oct-2004 04:47:22 AM Once a service auction has been awarded to a service provider by the owner and the escrow funding process has been funded and released, there may be other costs involved aside from the amount forwarded into escrow. In order to provide on-going services, live transaction features and instant payment options, there is a small transaction fee associated with the total amount of the invoice that is being generated by the service provider to the buyer.
